West Linn Watch Repair is a full service watch repair shop located in beautiful downtown West Linn, OR. Joe takes pride in being a local watchmaker with over 20 years of experience. Joe started his career working at his father’s jewelry store in Monterey, CA, which ultimately led him to pursue apprenticeships with two master watchmakers. After his apprenticeships he began his basic formal training at the Dan Gendron School of Horology and then earned a degree from the Watch Technology Institute in Seattle, WA. He is WOSTEP certified and is Rolex trained level 40. His experience prior to moving back to the Pacific Northwest included 7 years at the Rolex Service Center in San Francisco, and another 6 years as the in house watchmaker for a high end jewelry store in the Bay Area. After moving to Oregon Joe worked at a local watch repair shop in NW Portland for over 3 years. Ultimately the decision to open his own business was driven by a desire to spend less time commuting and more time with his wife and children while doing the work he loves. While West Linn Watch Repair doesn’t carry a retail inventory, Joe has numerous connections throughout the United States and is often able to source pre-owned or collectors watches at an excellent price if you’re looking for something specific.
